Abigail Baah, Administrative Lead
Abigail Baah holds a BSc. in Administration, Human Resource Management from Central University, Accra, Ghana. She is an alumni of the She-Attitudes Leadership Initiative.
(SALI). She has also completed Digital Launchpad for SMEs Training with Africa 118 Information Service Solution and NORAD initiative, and participated in the Forward Program with McKinsey & Company. Abigail also trained on the Social Enterprise Women Business Accelerator Program, MILEAD Leadership Training and Start Right Ultra Leadership Development Training. With all these trainings, she has developed her capacity to lead transformational impact programs with confidence and experience.
She is currently the Administrative Lead at STAR Women where she volunteers fulltime to support the day to day activities and operations of the organization. She oversees the programs development, implementation and improvement of all offerings. She also serves as the Executive Assistant to the Founder of STAR Women and supports the Board with any secretarial duties.
She worked with a startup nursery school, Radison Early Childhood Centre as the Centre Manager. She has served as National Service personnel at the World Vision International, Ghana as People and Culture Assistant. She worked as a Project Assistant with the West African Network of Young Women Leaders (ROAJELF Ghana). She also worked the Research Coordinator for Ghana for Partners West Africa, Senegal.
She is passionate about empowering women and girls and coordinates a church capacity building program for young female adults. She is a devoted Christian and serves in the music and communication departments.
