Anita Amoako-Obeng joined the Star Alternative Access Program in January, 2021 and she believes that participating in the program has really impacted her and brought out the confidence in her as a great leader.

Another lesson that she has picked up is to be ready to learn at any given time. She has had the chance to learn about new technologies and she plans to use the digital skills for personal and career purposes.

According to Anita, there have been many learning and entertaining moments at the Program that have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to use for her apprenticeship and managing a career in the hairdressing.

And she is very excited about the mentoring component of the program which even though is a new experience for her, she knows it will go a long way to help her accomplish her vision as an entrepreneur in the hair, beauty and cosmetic industry.
